These Terms of Use govern access to and use of avrash.com (the "Website"), a professional portfolio operated by Alona Avrash.
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.
1. Website purpose
The Website presents selected graphic-design, branding, packaging, digital, logo, art-direction, and related creative work, professional information, services, contact options, and links to external resources.
The Website is primarily informational and portfolio-oriented. Display of a project, service, CV, contact form, or external link does not by itself create a client relationship, employment relationship, offer, guarantee of availability, or binding contract for services.
2. Operator
Website operator: Alona Avrash
Website: avrash.com
Contact: avrash.design@gmail.com
No company registration, VAT number, regulated-profession status, or other business credential is represented by these Terms unless separately published on the Website.
3. Portfolio content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website's original presentation, layout, copy, interface, code-related presentation assets, and original portfolio materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Portfolio projects may also contain names, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, packaging, product imagery, copy, or other materials owned by clients, collaborators, photographers, licensors, or other third parties. Their appearance in the portfolio does not transfer ownership to Alona Avrash and does not grant Website visitors a licence to reuse them.
You may view the Website for personal, professional-evaluation, recruitment, or legitimate reference purposes. You may share a normal link to a public page.
Unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder, you must not:
- reproduce or redistribute substantial Website or project content as your own;
- sell, license, or commercially exploit Website materials;
- remove ownership, attribution, trademark, or rights notices;
- present portfolio work as your own work;
- scrape or systematically extract protected creative assets for republication, dataset creation, model training, or competing portfolio/content services where doing so would infringe rights or violate applicable law; or
- use client or third-party marks in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Nothing in these Terms limits uses that applicable law expressly permits without permission, such as applicable quotation, criticism, review, or other statutory exceptions.
4. Project descriptions and credits
Project descriptions are intended to explain creative work and context. Credits, client names, project status, scope, results, awards, or other contextual information are provided in good faith based on the information available for the portfolio.
Where a project involved other contributors or third-party rights, their rights remain unaffected. If you are a rights holder or contributor and believe a credit or portfolio use should be corrected, contact avrash.design@gmail.com with sufficient information to review the request.
5. CV and professional information
The Website may provide a downloadable CV and professional information. These materials are provided for legitimate professional, recruitment, collaboration, and client-evaluation purposes.
You must not use contact or CV information for harassment, impersonation, unlawful profiling, unsolicited bulk messaging, sale of contact lists, or other unlawful purposes.
Professional information may change over time. The Website does not guarantee that every historical copy, cached page, search result, or downloaded CV remains current.
6. Contact form
You may use the contact form for legitimate enquiries concerning work, collaboration, recruitment, projects, or other appropriate professional communication.
You must not use it to:
- send unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious content;
- transmit malware or harmful code;
- impersonate another person;
- conduct spam or automated bulk submissions; or
- interfere with Website security or rate limits.
Submitting the form does not guarantee a response or acceptance of a project. Any professional engagement requires separate agreement on scope, fees, timing, rights, and other relevant terms.
7. External links and third-party services
The Website may link to project websites, Behance, Instagram, other social platforms, client websites, or other third-party resources.
Those services are independent from this Website. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms. A link is provided for convenience or portfolio context and does not necessarily constitute endorsement of all content or practices on the destination service.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, reorganize, update, suspend, or remove Website content or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, permanent availability of a particular project, compatibility with every device/browser, or preservation of any specific external link.
Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, security measures, or technical changes may temporarily affect the Website.
9. Acceptable use
You must not intentionally:
- attempt unauthorized access to the Website, admin systems, APIs, analytics endpoints, accounts, infrastructure, or secrets;
- bypass security, access controls, rate limits, or anti-bot mechanisms;
- probe or exploit vulnerabilities except through lawful, authorized security research;
- disrupt or overload the Website or its providers;
- submit false analytics or automated interaction traffic intended to manipulate metrics;
- introduce malware or malicious payloads; or
- use the Website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
10. No professional guarantee from portfolio content
Portfolio examples demonstrate past or selected creative work. They do not guarantee that future work will produce identical commercial, marketing, financial, engagement, award, or performance results.
Any future service arrangement should be governed by its own project agreement or other applicable terms.
11. Disclaimer
The Website and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and functional content, but do not warrant that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alona Avrash is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public portfolio Website or an external site reached through it.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including where applicable law provides mandatory consumer or other protections.
13. Privacy
Personal-data processing, optional analytics, cookies, browser storage, and privacy controls are described in the Website's Privacy Policy, Cookie & Browser Storage Policy, and Privacy Preferences & Consent Notice.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, services, rights, or applicable requirements. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then displayed, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Governing rules
These Terms do not attempt to displace mandatory rights or rules that apply under applicable law. Because no specific contractual governing-law or exclusive-jurisdiction arrangement for the Website operator has been provided for these Terms, these Terms do not designate an invented governing law, court, company domicile, or business-registration jurisdiction.
Any dispute is subject to the rules that apply under the relevant law and circumstances, unless the parties separately agree otherwise in a valid contract.
16. Contact
